Tumbleweed Communications Introduces Secure Guardian OneChannel

Tumbleweed Communications announced its new Secure Guardian OneChannel software suite that helps companies communicate securely with business partners. At the core of OneChannel is Secure Inbox, which lets businesses create a central location for delivery, receipt, and management of critical customer communications using Secure MIME (S/MIME) encryption and a Secure Sockets Layer(SSL)-based communications link. With OneChannel, customers can perform a variety of tasks that they would traditionally accomplish with paper-based communications, including delivery of customer service responses, account statements, transaction confirmations, invoices, and target marketing.

"Because Tumbleweed's extension solutions are built on open Internet standards, we operate with existing, universal infrastructure so internal employees can continue to use standard email and back-office systems and all customer communications can be delivered to the customer in a centralized, online inbox."

Tumbleweed's Secure Guardian platform also offers customers the option of using unbundled services, such as Secure Statements, Secure Messenger, and Secure Public Network. For more information about the platform, go to the company's Web site.
