Second Round of TV and Entertainment Services Hits Xbox LIVE

More TV and entertainment services have popped up on Xbox LIVE this week, with Dailymotion, UFC, and Vudu HD Movies now available in the United States. These and other providers--services availability varies by region--have bolstered the ever-growing set of services that Microsoft has begun adding since the latest Xbox 360 Dashboard Update went live earlier this month.

I'm writing an ongoing review of this Dashboard Update, of course, and you can read Part 1 and Part 2 of this review now; Part 3 should be up by the end of the week. I also blogged about the first selection of TV and entertainment services last week in New TV and Entertainment Content Begins Appearing on Xbox LIVE.

According to Microsoft, this week's push includes the following services:

4 on Demand (C4). United Kingdom
ABC iView (Australian Broadcasting Corp.). Australia
Dailymotion. Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Columbia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, India, Italy, Korea, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland , Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States, South Africa.
Demand 5 (Five). United Kingdom
M6. France
MSN Video. France
UFC. Canada, United States
VUDU. United States

More services will be appearing in the coming weeks including XFinity (US) and Orange TV (France) in early 2012.
