Replace fonts

PowerPoint allows you to locate and replace fonts in a presentation.

1. Choose Format → Replace Fonts.

   The Replace Font dialog box appears.

   

2. Select the fonts from the Replace and With drop-down lists.
   The Replace list will not show every font on your system, only the fonts in use in the presentation.
3. Click Replace.
