Reformat Graphics

If you have compressed all of the graphics in your presentation and the presentation is still too large, you may be able to decrease the size of the presentation by reformatting the graphics to a different format, particularly for Web/Screen presentations.

To reformat a graphic within a presentation:

  1. Right-click on the graphic
  2. Select Save as Picture from the context menu
  3. Choose GIF Graphics Interchange Format (*.gif) from the Save as Type dropdown menu
  4. Save the picture
  5. In your presentation, delete the old picture and Insert the new, smaller file in its place
