Q. Should my hosted BranchCache server be dedicated to BranchCache?

A. Hosted BranchCache generally doesn't require its own server—it can coexist with other workloads, such as acting as a file server. BranchCache has minimal CPU and memory requirements, but it can have a significant disk overhead, so ensure the BranchCache file system location doesn't conflict with other disk workloads.
