When you start Internet Explorer 7, the Read Mail toolbar button is missing.
This behavior is standard, the Read Mail toolbar button is not automatically added to the toolbar.
To add the Read Mail button to the toolbar:
1. Open Internet Explorer 7.
2. On the Menu bar, press the Tools button, press Toolbars, and if Lock the Toolbars is checked, uncheck it.
3. On the Menu bar, press the Tools button, press Toolbars, and press Customize.
4. Select the Read Mail item under Available toolbar buttons and press Add.
5. Press Close.
6. On the Menu bar, drag the vertical separator to the left so you can see all the buttons.
7. On the Menu bar, press the Tools button, press Toolbars, and check Lock the Toolbars.
