Q. I'm running 32-bit domain controllers (DCs) and the Windows Server 2008 R2 adprep command won't run. What's wrong?

A. Server 2008 R2 is 64-bit only and the adprep in the support\adprep folder on the Server 2008 R2 installation media is a 64-bit image. However, a 32-bit version named Adprep32.exe is also supplied in the same folder. Use Adprep32 instead of Adprep in your commands.
