Q: How can I launch multiple instances of Adobe Reader?

A: Adobe Reader performs a check at startup, and if an instance of Adobe Reader is running, it doesn’t allow a second instance of the Adobe Reader process to be created.

A workaround is to add /n to the end of the Adobe Reader program. This allows a second Adobe Reader process to be created, for example:

AcroRd32.exe /n
