Yes and No. CSV will work fine with different system drive letters, which means if you have a three-node cluster and on two of the nodes the system drive is C and on the other, the system drive was D, the ClusterShared folder would be C:\ClusterStorage on two of the nodes and D:\ClusterStorage on the other. The problem is that the actual VMs need a full path and not environment variables. Thus if two nodes had C and another node had D, then the VM would not work on the node with a system drive of D if the VM was created on the other nodes because the path for the VM would be C:\ClusterShared\Volumex\vm1\, which would not exist on the node with a system drive of D
