Non-profit company Internet Software Consortium (ISC), makers of ISC Bind DNS software, have announced the availability of support contracts. The three tier offering can included 24x7 around the clock support, 12x7 half day support from 8am-8pm eastern standard time (EST), 9x5 business hours support from 9am-6pm EST, Monday through Friday. Companies interested in purchasing a support package can receive a quote by contacting ISC sales.
