In a close race among more than 50 nominated products, HP OpenView Operations for Windows narrowly defeated Aelita Software's InTrust to take the award for Best Monitoring and Alerting Software. This award is HP OpenView Operations for Windows' second Readers' Choice award in the Best Systems Management Products category.
