- Choose Start → Run.
- Type the following: "%userprofile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates" (include the quotation marks)
- Click OK.
- If you receive an error, your templates are stored in a nonstandard location. In Word, choose Tools ? Options, click the File Locations tab, and look at the location of User templates.
