JSI Tip 9872. Icons for some inactive monitors do not appear on the Settings tab in the Display Properties dialog box in Windows XP and Windows Server 2003?

When you have multiple monitors, the Settings tab in the Display Properties dialog does NOT show all inactive monitors.

This behavior will occur if you set a desktop background for a mirrored display.

To workaround this behavior, set the desktop background for the mirrored display to (None).
