JSI Tip 9819. When you use ADSI to set the expiration date of a user account on a Windows XP computer, the expiration date is wrong?

When you use ADSIEdit.msc (Active Directory Services Interface) to set a user account expiration date on a Windows XP computer, the expiration date is incorrect.

This behavior will occur if the expiration date that you set by using the AccountExpirationDate property is not in the current daylight savings time zone, because the ADSI AccountExpirationDate property does not respect daylight savings time.
