James Carr joined Microsoft in March 2000, and currently is a support engineer with the Windows Server Directory Services team. He has been a leader in offline files and folder support for PSS for more than two years. James graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. James holds the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and the Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certifications.
