JSI Tip 9308. You don't receive an error message when the Windows Server 2003 Optional Component Manager (Sysocmgr.exe) does not find a component .inf file that is specified in the master file?

Prior to installing SP1, when Sysocmgr.exe could NOT find a component inf file in the master file, you received an error message and Sysocmgr.exe would quit.

After applying SP1, when Sysocmgr.exe cannot find a component inf file in the master file, it issues no error and proceeds to the next component specified.
