JSI Tip 9113. You must restart Windows 2000 Server to reconnect a demand-dial interface if RRAS terminates?

If the Routing and Remote Access Service on Windows 2000 server terminates while a demand-dial interface is connected, the interface will NOT reconnect after RRAS is started.

To workaround this behavior, you must shutdown and restart Windows 2000 server.
