JSI Tip 8567. Windows XP Explorer shows two CD-ROM or DVD-ROM drives with the same drive letter?

If you format CD-RW media, or DVD-RW media, and then remove and insert the media in the drive, Windows Explorer shows a second CD-ROM drive, or DVD-ROM drive, with the same drive letter.

To workaround this behavior, press F5 to update Windows Explorer.
