JSI Tip 8548. Your Windows XP screen saver does NOT start if the Windows Security dialog is open?

If the Windows Security dialog box is open (CTRL+ALT+DELETE), Windows XP, at least through SP2 (Service Pack 2), does NOT display the screen saver when the idle timeout limit expires.

The screen saver is actually running, but the desktop is displayed instead.
