"This Support WebCast continues the Live Meeting discussions about how to successfully obtain and install Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2). This important free upgrade for your Windows XP-based computer will establish stronger security settings that help defend your home computer against viruses, malicious users, and worms. SP2 will provide unique new security features designed to make it easier for you to protect your PC.

This WebCast is part of a series of Live Meeting presentations that will address the latest questions about SP2, tell you where to obtain help in the online community when you want it, and how you can help friends and family members install SP2.

This is a Level 100 session that will be presented by Charlie Russel.

Charlie Russel is an independent Windows MVP and a well-known participant helping people learn about computing in the online community since the days of Windows 95. He is a Windows XP Expert Zone Community columnist and is an information technology consultant. Charlie has years of system administration experience with a specialty in combined Windows and UNIX networks, and he is the author of several books for IT professionals."
