When you install a wireless Bluetooth device, the installation may fail, without any notification that it did not work.
This behavior may occur when you install a device that contains a Widcomm v1 driver, included my many companies, on the device installation disk.
To workaround this problem, contact the device manufacturer to obtain an updated driver.
