JSI Tip 8279. NetZero closes when you start it on Windows XP SP2?

When you attempt to start NetZero on Windows XP SP2 (Service Pack 2), the program does NOT start. You receive:

NetZero has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

To fix this problem, contact NetZero about a program update.
