If LanMan Print Services is NOT at the top of the Print Providers list, at Network Connections / Advanced / Advanced Settings / Provider Order, OR it is missing, running PrintProviderOrder.exe will move it to the top of the list, or create it there.

which should be unzipped after downloading.
You can run PrintProviderOrder.exe in a computer's Startup script, user's logon script, from their Startup folder, via Group Policy software distribution, or remotely (via PsExec.exe). No switches are required.
