JSI Tip 7411. Icons in the Windows XP notification area may display improperly after you resume from standby or hibernation?

If you experience the subject problem, remove the icon from the notification area, and then restore it.

If this happens to your Volume icon:

1. Right-click the Volume icon and press Adjust Audio Properties.

2. Clear the Place volume icon in the taskbar check box and press Apply.

3. Check the Place volume icon in the taskbar box and press Apply.

4. Press OK.
