For a freeware VBS script that toggles ICF on and off, download toggleicf.zip.

The zip file contains:

ToggleICF.vbs      You can create a shortcut to run this WScript.

off.bat                Contains toggleicf all off so you can invoke it from the command-line.

on.bat                 Contains toggleicf all on so you can invoke it from the command-line.
