To prevent the Office XP Application Error Reporting tool from reporting errors:

1. Copy / Paste the following the a DWNeverUpload.reg file:

REGEDIT4

\[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\10\Common\]
"DWNeverUpload"=dword:00000001

2. Merge the DWNeverUpload.reg file with you registry, or run regedit /s DWNeverUpload.reg.
