JSI Tip 7115. When you view a Visio drawing comment in Windows XP, your desktop theme is NOT applied to the vertical scroll bar?

When you press the comment tag, the vertical scroll bar uses the Windows Classic theme, but when you double-click the comment tag, the vertical scroll bar uses your configured theme.

There is currently no fix for this behavior.
