When you attempt to open SAS System help, you receive one of the following:
The page cannot be found.
The SAS Web Server has encountered an error.
HTTP/1.1 404 Not found.
This behavior will occur if the Hhctrl.ocx file has been updated to version 5.2, generally by one of the following:
Windows XP Service Pack 1
Windows 2000 Service Pack 3
Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1
Windows Server 2003
Windows Security Update Q323255.
To resolve this problem, install the SAS 8.2 (TS2M0) BASE SAS Hot Fix Bundle Download for Windows, or if you are using SAS with Asian Language Support (Double Byte Character Set \[DBCS\]).
