When you press a hyperlink that opens a new window for a Web page in Microsoft Internet Explorer, the URL address may be a redirection page or script, instead of the Web page's URL.
The behavior will occur if the Internet Explorer Content Advisor has been turned on.
The Content Advisor prevents Internet Explorer from populating the Address bar with the correct URL address when a new window is opened via a redirection page or script.
