JSI Tip 6983. When you attempt to install the Windows XP Fax Services, you receive 'Cannot copy file fxscfgwz.dll'?

This subject problem occurs because the Windows Installer cannot find the path to the fxscfgwz.dll file.

To workaround this problem:

1. In the Copy Files From box, type:

<path>\i386

where <path> is the drive letter and folder path to the i386 folder.

2. Press Retry.
