When you install SMS 2.0 Service Pack 4 (SP4) on Windows Server 2003, the Crystal Reports component is also installed. If you run Crystal Reports, you will experience unstable program operation and other very strange behaviors.
The Crystal Reports component is NOT supported on Windows Server 2003. It has been supplanted by a free download of the SMS Web Reporting Tool, a component of the SMS Administration Feature Pack.
