JSI Tip 6921. When you send a network broadcast to Windows Server 2003, the message is truncated?

The subject behavior will occur if one or both of the following are true:

- The message is sent from a computer that is using a double-byte character set (DBCS) language, like Japanese, to a computer that is using a single-byte character set (SBCS) language, like English.

- The message exceeds 6553 bytes.

There is currently no fix for these conditions.
