JSI Tip 6814. Pictures are NOT displayed in Windows 2000 Help?

When you use Windows Help, you see image placeholders instead of pictures.

This behavior indicates that you have Internet Explorer configured to not show pictures.

To resolve this issue:

1. Open Internet Explorer.

2. Use the Tools menu to select Internet Options.

3. Select the Advanced tab.

4. Under Multimedia, check Show pictures.

5. Press Apply.

6. Press OK.
