JSI Tip 6695. Windows Server 2003 does not allow you to delegate one group of administrators control over one DHCP scope, and assign another group of administrators control over a second DHCP scope?

The current implementation of DHCP security does not allow you to delegate permissions.

Any member of DHCP Administrators has full authority over all the scopes that are configured on the server.
