JSI Tip 6561. Windows cannot log you on because the profile cannot be loaded?

When you attempt to log on, your receive:

Windows cannot log you on because the profile cannot be loaded.

You may experience this behavior if you have HKEY_Current_User\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders\AppData configured to a mapped network drive, such as P:\AppData.

NOTE: The default setting for this REG_EXPAND_SZ data type is %UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data.

Try using a UNC path, by setting the data value to \\<ServerName>\<ShareName>\AppData

I have sometimes experienced a Not enough storage is available to process this command message when AppData was set to a mapped network drive.
