When you start your computer, you receive:
Windows could not start because of an error in the software
Load needed DLL's for Kernel.
Windows 2000 or Windows XP system files are missing or corrupted.
To resolve this behavior, see:
How do I perform an in-place upgrade of Windows 2000?
How do I perform an in-place upgrade (re-installation) of Windows XP?
NOTE: If Setup does NOT detect your current installation, it is too badly damaged to fix. Do a clean install.
