JSI Tip 5849. How do I configure logon scripts to support various clients?

When you have a Windows 2000 or Windows .NET domain, with various client O/Ses, including W9x, you may find that you cannot use group policies to automatically configure logon scripts.

To workaround this feature:

1. Create a logon script and store it in the NETLOGON share of each domain controller.

2. Either manually configure the Properties of each user account, OR use tip 4646 to set the /scriptpath:path parameter.
