JSI Tip 5672. When DualView is turned on, Windows XP cannot 'Hide Unsupported Modes' on the monitor?

The Hide Unsupported Modes may be dimmed on an external monitor, when the DualView feature is turned on.

To workaround this feature:

1. Close the Display Properties window.

2. Open the Display Properties window.

NOTE: DualView can extend the desktop to multiple monitors.
