JSI Tip 5411. When you forward a message using Outlook Express on Windows XP, changes you make to an attachment are NOT included?

When you open an attachment in Outlook Express on Windows XP, edit the attachment, save the changes, and forward the message, the recipient receives the original attachments, without the changes?

To workaround this issue:

1. Right-click the attachment and press Save As. Save the attachment to a folder, naming it, and press OK.

2. Edit the attachment and save it.

3. Forward the attachment.
