JSI Tip 5399. How do I remove the Outlook Express splash screen?

When you open Outlook Express, a splash screen is displayed before the Outlook Express Window is displayed.

To remove the splash screen:

1. Use the Registry Editor to navigate to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\\{GUID\}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\<OutLook Express Version>.

As an example, navigate to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\\{D41F4F86-05A2-4FB7-9E05-CC7D162F36A1\}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\5.0.

2. Add a NoSplash Value Name, a REG_DWORD data type, and set the data value to 1.
