JSI Tip 5398. How do I change the title of the Outlook Express Window?

To change the title of the Outlook Express 5.0 or greater Window:

1. Use the Registry Editor to navigate to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\\{GUID\}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\<OutLook Express Version>.

As an example, navigate to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\\{D41F4F86-05A2-4FB7-9E05-CC7D162F36A1\}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\5.0.

2. Add a WindowTitle Value Name, a string (RE_SZ) data type, and set the data value to the title you desire.

As an example, my wife has her WindowTitle set to [email protected].
