The Universal Disk Format file system is a read-only system for interchanging data on DVDs and CD-ROMs.
Your drive must be able to locate the UDF file system structures on the beginning or end of the disc. If your drive only reads 512 byte sectors, it cannot locate the structures as they are 2,048 byte sectors.
To work around this issue, try the free UDF reader from http://www.roxio.com/en/support/udfwin/udfwinupdates.html.
