During an upgrade of Windows NT 4.0 to Windows 2000, you experience the following BSOD:
STOP 0x00000050 (various,0x00000001,various,0x00000000).
One posible cause of this BSOD is that you have too many ports defined in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces\\{Interface ID\}\TcpAllowedPorts Value Name.
To workaround this issue:
1. Delete most of the port values or the entire TcpAllowedPorts Value Name.
2. Perform the upgrade.
