JSI Tip 5261. When you create a dial-up connection, you receive a 'Connection to <number> is not a valid name' error?

When you attempt to create a new dial-up connection, you receive:

Connection to <number> is not a valid name

The entry must contain at least one character that is not a space and does not begin with a period.

Choose a different name.

NOTE: <number> is the telephone number that you typed.

If you upgraded from a previous operating system, and the RRAS components were NOT properly installed, you will experience this behavior.
