JSI Tip 5028. How do I monitor a log file to display newly added content?

WinTail freeware is a simple program that has two options.

The Preferences are:

Update Interval - How often WinTail checks the file for changes.

Max Lines - How many lines to display before WinTail discards the first 3/4th of the displayed lines. This prevents WinTail from consuming too many resources.
