JSI Tip 4510. The 'Add to Contacts' command on the Windows Messenger 4.5 Action menu doesn't work?

When you use the Add to Contacts on the Action menu of Windows Messenger 4.5, the Add to Contacts Wizard is NOT invoked?

To workaround this issue, press Add a Contact on the Tools menu or on the Task list, in the Windows Messenger window.
