When you invoke the SAS (Secure Attention Sequence (CTRL+ALT+DEL)), the title of the dialog box is:

From the Welcome to Windows screen		Log On to Windows
When you are already logged on		Windows Security

You can append information to these titles:

1. Use the registry editor to navigate to:

        HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

2. Add value name Welcome, a string (REG_SZ) data type, and type the text you wish to append.

3. If you typed:
