JSI Tip 3926. The Authorize command is missing from the DHCP MMC snap-in?

When you open the DHCP MMC snap-in, the Authorize command is missing from the Action menu.

The account you logged onto does NOT have domain administrator credentials or does NOT have Full Control on the DHCP server container in Active Directory.
