After you download and install the International Language Menus and Dialogs for Microsoft Internet Explorer component from the following Microsoft Web site
http://corporate.windowsupdate.microsoft.comyou may not be able to change the language for the menus as you expected. After you install the component, by following the instructions in the Read Me file, you are unable to change the Language setting in the Internet Options tool to a different language because the Change button is not present (as you would see on a computer that is not running Windows 2000).
