JSI Tip 3812. You are unable to access Group Policy by right-clicking the domain in 'Active Directory Users and Computers'?

After applying Service Pack 2 to a clean install of Windows 2000, you may be unable to access Group Policy, by right-clicking your domain in Active Directory Users and Computers.

If you encounter this difficulty, stop and restart the DFS service.
